I consider myself very liberal when it comes to human life and individual destiny. In this view, Valdrini in Shkodër, elected as a candidate for mayor there, has no fault. Of course, if he turns out to be involved in illegal traffic, he has received his punishment. Eh, it's certainly not good to break the law, not good at all. But here's the thing, life is complicated. However, in these three decades, not a few Albanians inside and outside the country were implicated in profitable criminal activities. They scattered abandoned like raven birds from the nest and fell prey to all kinds of traps and temptations! It is not the case here and we as citizens have nothing to do with the personal fate of this or that person.

The first: Well, no, the socialist party had so much pig's hair that out of the thousands of Albanians, a person with unsuitable records (if proven) runs for mayor in a city so special to him as Shkodra, in such a delicate political moment when the votes were totally undemocratic? That the laws of statistics do not accept this. Starting from other cases, there are two more reliable alternative possibilities: either you go to find people with such records, perhaps even with a past overcome by them themselves, to blackmail them or have them under control; or these people, being hyperactive, now direct the energy they once had in one direction to the political direction.
Their right, but the community doesn't owe it to anyone. But even this issue here for me can be overlooked because it is of a social-psychological type that requires laboratory investigations. But there is something else much clearer. People come from nowhere and impose themselves at the top of the ministerial, municipal, parliamentary, political, party hierarchy and then a scandal erupts because no one knows their past. This is the problem. Because if the community or the socialist militants had been consulted seriously this problem would not have arisen. The candidate would have been told: Thank you for your willingness but we need someone else! Or an information system is operating that is completely false.
