I've been undecided about re-furbing the wheels on my car, as I couldn't decide whether to stick with silver or go for a colour change. Anyway, I've gone with BMW Cosmos Black metallic, and here are the results: I'm pleased with them. Got some chrome nut covers coming and some carbon fibre centre cap badges. All I've got to do now is make the calipers and disc backing plates look more respectable. In to the paint shop tomorrow to get the OSR Wheelarch done properly after a Morrisons Car Park Hit n' run.

Not a lover of black wheels on cars but they've certainly come up nice Cheers Colin. I know it's a bit of a marmite thing, but the wheels were in a really poor state ( big chunks out of the spokes / kerb damage etc.) and I knew I'd get a better result with the black than with silver, having given that a try previously. I wasn't sure to start with but as soon as I put them back on the car I liked the look.

Hi Looks fine mate. I think red calipers would set it off well. Chris

No more crusty nuts now either... ;D Gone with black calipers - it was what I had in the garage.
