Anyone got any ideas on how to secure the silver trim around the outer edges of the grille. Three of the clips on mine have come loose and I don't want the trim falling off.
Something that doesn't involve complete removal of the bumper would be good.

I'd say its a bumper off job. I put mine on by using a Dremel and cutting slots in the bumper for the chrome surround to fit into, then secured at the back with split pins like this . . .

Those few sentences you replied with throw up more opportunities for me to injure myself, break stuff and cause general mayhem than the entire cinematic output of the late great Norman Wisdom. Look slike you know what yer doing though. If you find a platinum gold 75 on yer driveway, don't panic. I'll come round and get it when yer done. ;D Cheers Bluey

Very true, I think I'm down to about 10 minutes to get the bumper off I've done it that often.

They are all the same fitments as a mkl will accept a mkll bumper and a mkll will accept a premium bumper etc.

A grille or grill (French word from Latin craticula, small grill) is an opening of several slits side by side in a wall or metal sheet or other barrier, usually to let air or water enter and/or leave but keep larger objects including animals in or out.
